This topic lists the details of the VLC YouTube channel. There are two types of educational video in the VLC channel:

• E-Lectures (>= 6 minutes duration)
• Micro-Lectures (<= 6 minutes duration).

Whereas the “Micro-Lectures” generally follow the principle “Say it in less than 2 minutes” and dispense with a talking head, the longer E-Lectures discuss linguistic topics more or less in a classroom-related format and also display the presenter.

The E-Lectures have reference numbers such as SEM101, the Micro-Lectures can be referenced by SEM_010, with an underscore between the topic code (SEM) and the reference number.
